QUEENSTOWNS MOST EXCITING ENTERTAINMENT PRECINCT

A Little About Upper Village.

Upper Village occupies a prestigious, elevated, 3300sqm sit on the north-eastern side of Brecon Street Queenstown. This site features views over the Queenstown CBD, Lake Wakatipu, the iconic Skyline Gondola, and surrounding alpine landscape including the Remarkables.

The Town Centre and Lake Wakatipu are only 400m from the front door along with the Skyline Gondola entrance being 150m from the site.

The Upper Village dining and entertainment precinct is the concept of renowned Brisbane-based developer Engage Group, seizing an opportunity based on feedback that there were no large spaces in Queenstown for bigger tenants.

The complex was designed by Brisbane-based architects BSPN with builders being Queenstown locals Cook Brothers Construction. Building materials include natural stone, timber cladding, expressed painted structural steel, glass and concrete.

The name Upper Village was borrowed from Canadian resort, Whistler, with the idea that the whole area could eventually be referred to as “Upper Village” as development continues in that area of Queenstown.
